  • 1 16 oz. Can fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Bring broth to a boil, stir in 1 c. Couscous, remove from heat..cover and let stand 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Stir in cheese and parsley.
