- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350.

2Mix parmesan & garlic powder if desired.

3Spread olive oil onto sheet of aluminum foil (with a cookie sheet underneath).

4Spread parmesan onto foil making a thin layer across it

5Bake 5-10 minutes until cheese turns golden brown.

6Allow to cool.

7Turn aluminum foil over and carefully peel it away from the cheese.

8Break into pieces.
