- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. margarine, melted
- 8 (4 oz.) perch fillets
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine 1 tablespoon cheese, low-fat yogurt, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice and margarine.

2Spread evenly on one side of fillets.

3Place fillets, coated side up, on a rack coated with cooking spray.

4Place rack in broiler pan.

5Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

6Broil 6-inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 18 minutes or until golden and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
