  • 12 inches pizza crusts
  • 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 12 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 14 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 14 cup chopped fresh marjoram
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 13 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese (or romano)

Directions

    Assuming your crust is pre-cooked, combine the fresh herbs, garlic, and sour cream together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

    In another small bowl, mix the olive oil with the dried Italian seasoning.

    With a pastry or BBQ brush, brush the herbed olive oil onto the pizza crust evenly.
