- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into eighths
- 1 tsp. basil
Directions

1Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, basil and red pepper flakes in large bowl.

2Add potatoes and toss until well coated.

3Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour, turning the potatoes after 30 minutes.
