Parmesan Potatoes

  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)
  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices (if smooth, do not peel)
  • 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Dredge potatoes in mixture. Layer potatoes in a Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.

    Drizzle margarine (melted) over potatoes.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour, uncovered.

    Sprinkle more garlic salt over potatoes after you put them in pan (if desired).

    (Can be cut larger than French fries.)
