- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
- paprika
Directions

1Place butter in a 2-quart baking dish.

2Microwave at High for 30 seconds, or until butter melts.

3Add green pepper and the next 5 ingredients, stirring well.

4Stir in potatoes.

5Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.

6Microwave at High for 12 to 14 minutes, or until tender, uncovering and stirring every 5 minutes.

7Sprinkle with paprika.
