Parmesan Ravioli

- 9 oz cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 2 tsp fresh roughly chopped sage, plus extra leaves to serve
- 6 tbsp dry white wine
- None None shredded Parmesan cheese, to serve
Directions

1Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in a 10 inch frying pan over medium heat. Add sage and cook for 4 mins, until foam dissipates. Remove sage. Add wine and cook, stirring, for 4 mins, or until reduced slightly. Add ravioli and toss to coat. Serve with Parmesan and garnish with reserved sage.
