- 14 cup margarine
- 12 cup onion, diced
- 1 12 cups Minute Rice
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder or 1 teaspoon instant Oxo
- 1 12 cups water
- 10 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Saute onion and raw rice about 5 minutes, until rice is golden brown.

3Add bouillon powder, water and mushrooms.

4Bring to boil, then cover and remove from heat.

5Let stand about 5 minutes, until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

6Add parmesan and serve.
