- 6 Tilapia fillets
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Directions

1Preheat over to 375.

2Rinse and dry Tilapia.

3Mix 2 eggs w/ water in bowl.

4Combine butter w/ bread crumbs, grated parmesan, and paprika and set aside.

5Dip tilapia fillets in egg wash, and then lightly coat with bread crumb mixture.

6Place in greased glass pan.

7Cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
