  • 6 Tilapia fillets
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

    Preheat over to 375.

    Rinse and dry Tilapia.
  3. 3
    Mix 2 eggs w/ water in bowl.

    Combine butter w/ bread crumbs, grated parmesan, and paprika and set aside.

    Dip tilapia fillets in egg wash, and then lightly coat with bread crumb mixture.

    Place in greased glass pan.

    Cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
