  • 2 lb. fish
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions

    Place filets in a buttered dish in a single layer.

    Brush with lemon juice and let stand for 10 minutes.

    Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.

    Broil filets 3 to 4-inches from the burner for 5 minutes and then turn.

    Spread remaining mixture on top and broil for another 3 to 4 minutes.

    Watch Parmesan cheese carefully to avoid burning.
