  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. mashed Nuteena
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Bakon yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine first five ingredients and blend thoroughly.

    Add seasonings and mold into patties.

    Dip in egg and bread crumbs; fry in deep fat at 350° until browned.

    Serve with cold tartar sauce.
