Parsleyed Rice

  • 2 c. unconverted long grain rice
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. parsley, minced
  • 5 qt. water

Directions

    Bring water to a boil with salt.

    Add rice; stir until water returns to boil.

    Boil for 10 minutes.

    Drain rice and rinse in colander.

    Set rice in colander over boiling water.

    Cover rice with lid.

    Steam 15 minutes or until fluffy and dry.

    In large bowl, toss parsley with rice and serve.
