- 2 c. unconverted long grain rice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. parsley, minced
- 5 qt. water
Directions

1Bring water to a boil with salt.

2Add rice; stir until water returns to boil.

3Boil for 10 minutes.

4Drain rice and rinse in colander.

5Set rice in colander over boiling water.

6Cover rice with lid.

7Steam 15 minutes or until fluffy and dry.

8In large bowl, toss parsley with rice and serve.
