- 2 or 3 diced parsnips
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- cracker crumbs or potato chips
Directions

1Cook parsnips until almost done in water to almost cover parsnips.

2Remove parsnips with a slotted spoon and put in greased casserole.

3To the parsnip water, add salt and pepper and cut chunks of cheese in simmering water.

4Stir until melted; pour over parsnips.

5Crumble cracker crumbs or potato chips on top.

6Put in 375° oven until top is nicely browned.
