Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; thin sliced ham or turkey, cut in small pieces; 1/4 tsp. red pepper; 1 c. pecans, finely chopped; 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine; 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; crackers

thin sliced ham or turkey, cut in small pieces
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
crackers

Directions

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 1 hour. Using plastic gloves, mix cream cheese, ham or turkey (use as much as desired), green onions, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix well and form into a ball. Roll in pecans until covered and store in refrigerator. Serve with your favorite crackers.
