Party Cheese Terrine

  • 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 3/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

    Oil 1 small loaf pan or Tupperware cheese container with lid. Stir together chopped nuts and 3 tablespoons parsley.

    Spread evenly in bottom of pan.

    In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, margarine and milk until smooth.

    For first layer, spread 1/3 of cheese mixture evenly over nuts.

    Second layer, transfer half of remaining cheese mixture to another bowl.

    Stir in remaining parsley and onions.

    Spread over cheese layer already in loaf pan.

    Third layer, stir deviled ham, diced pimento and mustard into remaining cheese.

    Spread over other layers in pan. Chill overnight.

    Invert on tray or Tupperware lid to serve.
