  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (14 oz.) can fresh like creamed corn
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 party Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add sour cream, then the corn and muffin mix. Add butter last. Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until center is set.
