  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Bring oleo, brown sugar and Karo to boil.

    Let boil 5 minutes without stirring.

    Take off heat.

    Add vanilla and soda.

    Stir real good.

    Drizzle over cereal and nuts.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Stir occasionally.

    Pour out on waxed paper and break up while it cools.

    Real good.
