  • 2 c. Rice Chex
  • 2 c. Corn Chex
  • 2 c. peanuts
  • 2 c. pretzel sticks, broken in halves or thirds
  • 16 oz. white chocolate

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Melt white chocolate in microwave for about 2 minutes until completely melted.

    (Watch closely and stir often so it doesn't burn.)

    Pour over mixture and stir until completely covered.

    Spread out on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

    Let cool completely and then break into pieces.
