  • 2 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 loaves cocktail rye bread
  • dash of A.1. sauce
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Fry sausage until crumbly and drain well.

    Melt Velveeta cheese in sausage.
  3. 3
    Add catsup, A.1. sauce, garlic salt and oregano and blend well.

    Spread on bread.

    Spoon on pizza sauce.

    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Freeze on cookie sheets and store in freezer in plastic bags.

    When ready to serve, bake for 10 minutes in a 450° oven directly from freezer.
