- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 5 cups Plain Popcorn
- 1/2 cups Pecans
- 8 ounces, fluid White Chocolate Chips Or Melting Chocolate
- 13 cups Tiny M&Ms Or Reese's Pieces
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.

2In a medium saucepan, over meduim heat, melt butter and add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.

3Cook on medium to high (just simmering) for 5 minutes until the brown sugar is disolved and it turns a amber color.

4Place popcorn and pecans in a large bowl (at least 5-cup capacity).

5Add brown sugar mixture to coat.

6Quicklyand I do mean quicklyin a single layer, spread mixture on a large greased sheet pan or Silpat (you may have to use 2 pans).

7Be cautious, the brown sugar mixture is very hot!

8Bake for 1 hour.

9Allow to cook and break into pieces.

10In a 3-quart sauce pan, melt the white chocolate.

11Drizzle over the popcorn.

12Toss in M&Ms or Reeses pieces.

13Cool until set.
