1 cup brown sugar
12 cup butter
14 cup light corn syrup

Preheat oven to 250 degrees .

Combine popcorn, cereals, mixed nuts and pecans and transfer to a lightly greased roasting pan.

In a heavy 3-quart saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.

Cook to boiling.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda.

Pour sugar mixture over popcorn mix, mixing until thoroughly combined.

Bake 1 hour.
