Ingredients

  • 4 -6 cups hash browns (frozen or instant)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cream of celery soup (whichever you prefer) or (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup minced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes

Directions

    Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Add hash browns then layer soup sour cream, cheese and place in 350° oven for 45 minutes.

    Mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter and layer on top off potato's Place in oven another 10 minutes to crisp topping.

    Sprinkle with minced onion and serve.
