Party Potatoes

   Cook potatoes until tender.

   Drain.

   Peel.

   Beat softened cream cheese, sour cream and potatoes until light and fluffy (season to taste with garlic salt and chives).

   Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Brush with softened butter; sprinkle with parsley, bacon bits and paprika.

   Brown at 350° for 30 minutes (longer if refrigerated ahead of time).
