  • 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.

    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Top with cheese.

    Serve immediately.
