- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt together oleo and cream cheese.

2Add soup and onion; mix together until smooth.

3Put 1/2 of potatoes in a greased pan and pour on half of the sauce.

4Sprinkle the rest of the potatoes and add the remainder of sauce.

5Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325°, covered, for 1 hour.
