  • 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic salt
  • butter
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • paprika

    Blend cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl and set aside. Mash potatoes thoroughly with mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture and beat well.
