  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. grated onion or dry minced onion
  • paprika

Directions

    Combine soups, cream, salt and onion.

    Add to potatoes and mix thoroughly.

    Transfer into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
