  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Boil potatoes.

    Let cool just a little and mix with other ingredients in order given.

    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake in long Pyrex dish at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
