  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes.

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Combine all ingredients except corn flakes.

    Place in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with corn flakes.

    Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
