Party Size Cheese Cake

  • 4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 10 large eggs
  • 7 tsp. lemon juice
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 1/3 cup sugar and press into a 13 x 18-inch cake pan or two 9 x 13-inch pans.

    Cream together cream cheese and 2 cups of sugar.

    Beat in eggs and add lemon juice.
  4. 4
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is firm. Mix together sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.

    Spread on hot cheese cake and leave in oven to cool, oven off and door open.
