  • 1 1/4 cups matzo meal
  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
  • 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 (1-ounce) square semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar*

    Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan.

    Bake 25-32 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.

    Do not overbake.

    Cool completely.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    *Substitute powdered sugar for Passover.

    To make, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon potato starch in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade.

    Process about 2 minutes or until mixture is powdery.

    Allow sugar to settle before removing cover.
