  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cake meal
  • 1/2 tsp. potato flour
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add oil and sugar.

    Beat well.

    Chop dates and nuts.

    Add to mixture with remainder of ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Cut into squares a few minutes after removing from oven.
