- 2 c. matzo meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Combine matzo meal, salt and pepper. Bring oil and water to a boil.

2Add to matzo mixture.

3Beat in eggs, one at a time.

4Allow to stand 15 minutes.

5With oiled hands, shape into rolls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
