- 4 (4 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 chopped onion (small)
- 5 tablesppons margarine
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
