Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta (spaghetti, linguine or small shells work best)
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped ham (turkey, pepperoni or Spam may be used)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. cream (canned milk works well)
- 1 scant c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick margarine or butter, softened to room temperature
Directions

1Beat eggs with cream until smooth.

2Cook pasta to al dente stage.

3Immediately drain well and return to hot pan.

4Add margarine and ham.

5Toss together until margarine is melted and add egg mixture and cheese.

6Toss together until well blended.

7Serve immediately.
