- 1 lb. pasta (linguine or spaghetti)
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta according to directions.

2Saute onion, garlic and bacon together.

3Drain pasta and return to pot.

4Over low heat, stir in eggs and Parmesan.

5Heat until eggs are set.

6Add bacon, onion and garlic mixture with bacon grease.

7Stir and serve with Parmesan for sprinkling on top.
