  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1- 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Ounces), Cubed
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Cubed
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
