Ingredients

  • 1 box mostaccioli
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Cook mostaccioli according to directions on box.

    Drain. Saute sausage and turkey.

    In baking dish, spread spaghetti sauce in bottom of dish.
  4. 4
    Add mostaccioli, pepper, sausage, turkey and shredded cheese.

    Continue with sauce, cheese and meats in layers. Do this until all ingredients are used up.

    Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
