- 1/2 lb. pasta shells
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (I use fresh rather than canned)
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Cook shells and drain.

2Cook broccoli and drain.

3Saut mushrooms in butter.

4Mix all ingredients together and simmer over low heat.

5Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
