- 8 oz. shell pasta
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick butter or 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 to 3 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine.

2Blend in flour, then continue adding ingredients (half and half, garlic, cheese, tomato sauce, broccoli and mushrooms).

3Mix well.

4Simmer for about 1 hour, until thick.

5Add cooked, drained pasta.
