  • 1 pkg. pasta (noodles, spaghetti, shells, etc.)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 7 tsp. water
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

    Boil pasta.

    Spray nonstick pan with oil.

    Saute peppers and onion until tender.

    Add pasta and stir; add soy sauce and water.
