- 1 lb pasta
- 14 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook and drain pasta, set aside.

2In a skillet on low heat, saute in the oil and butter, the garlic, onions, and parsley about 8 minutes.

3Season to taste.

4Toss pasta with warm garlic mixture and serve warm with bread and a green salad.

5Variations: You can also add chopped olives or bell peppers to the garlic mixture or any favorite chopped vegetables.
