  • 1 lb pasta
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook and drain pasta, set aside.

    In a skillet on low heat, saute in the oil and butter, the garlic, onions, and parsley about 8 minutes.

    Season to taste.

    Toss pasta with warm garlic mixture and serve warm with bread and a green salad.

    Variations: You can also add chopped olives or bell peppers to the garlic mixture or any favorite chopped vegetables.
