  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1 (24 oz.) can tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • chopped or sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts (added at your preference)
  • 1 lb. your favorite pasta

Directions

    Saute lightly the garlic in olive oil.

    Slowly add tomatoes and puree; stir in spices and choice of vegetables.

    Simmer until vegetables are tender.

    Serve over 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta.
