- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large can whole tomatoes, drained
- 1 (24 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- chopped or sliced peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts (added at your preference)
- 1 lb. your favorite pasta
Directions

1Saute lightly the garlic in olive oil.

2Slowly add tomatoes and puree; stir in spices and choice of vegetables.

3Simmer until vegetables are tender.

4Serve over 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta.
