- 1/2 cup Italian pastina
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/8 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions

1Cook pastina in boiling salted water until al dente.

2Drain and return to saucepan.

3Add in the cream and 2 tablespoons of the sugar.

4Stir over low heat until hot and thickened, about 2 minutes.

5Stir in butter.

6Spoon into bowls.

7Combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle over top of pudding.
