- 12 extra large black olives
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3/4 c. dried tomato
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- basil to taste
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. pencil points
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. grated Romano cheese
Directions

1Slice olives into rings; saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.

2Add wine and tomato (cut into pieces).

3Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.

4Add creams and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes slowly.

5Add grated cheese.

6Pour over pasta immediately.
