Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) box pasta shells, spirals, bows or elbows
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, cut in thin strips or chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook pasta and cool.

    Add celery, pepper and onion.

    Beat well the soup, sugar, vinegar and oil; pour over pasta.

    Refrigerate. Keeps well.

    You may halve recipe, if desired.
