  • 3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. low-fat milk
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 8 oz. cooked pasta (pkg. directions)
