Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 2/3 c. sliced black olives
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. linguini, cook according to pkg. directions omitting salt

    Combine all ingredients, except linguini.

    Let stand at least 1 hour.

    Cook linguini.

    Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Drain again.

    Combine linguini and artichoke mixture.

    Cover and chill. Toss before serving.
