Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 2/3 c. sliced black olives
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. linguini, cook according to pkg. directions omitting salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except linguini.

2Let stand at least 1 hour.

3Cook linguini.

4Drain and rinse with cold water.

5Drain again.

6Combine linguini and artichoke mixture.

7Cover and chill. Toss before serving.
