  • 1 box rotini vegetable flavor twists (16 oz.)
  • 1 small can peas and carrots, drained
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1 fresh squash, cubed
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 10 radishes, chopped
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 pkg. ready to eat lunch meat (turkey, chicken or ham)

    Cook the rotini according to package; rinse and drain.
